WATERJET CUTTING

Our abrasive waterjet cutting system is completely mobile and is used where the requirements are of a nature where flame cutting isn't possible, such as stainless steel vessels and piping, refractory lined vessels and piping and also where the internal atmosphere may be explosive.

As abrasive waterjet cutting is done from the outside of the tank or vessel, most jobs can take place before any vessel entry is required. Most jobs utilize a tracking system to hold the cutting head. This method allows for the cut to be made with some degree of accuracy which is beneficial if the piece that has been cut needs to be re-welded.
